01 Critical Power Infrastructure

Fuel, DEF & Lube system modules

Four standardized module families — pumps, tanks, fill stations, and UL-listed controls — combine into reliable systems for generator start and run, emissions compliance, and continuous operation.

02 Smart Fuel Logistics

Managing fuel & critical fluids at data centers.

Distributed power systems need to know when and where fuel and DEF are required. From safe high-speed tank fill to cloud inventory and cobotic refueling, these systems keep the largest complexes running through extended outages.

Safe Fast Tank Fill Systems

Tank Fill Systems for Fuel, DEF and Lube. Includes essential spill containment, tight fill connections, and high level warning. Overfill protection systems include high level sensors and Hi-Stop automatic valves. Systems configured for 1-50 tanks selection at single point truck delivery. Level Indication can be point level only or precision indication of tank gallons (liters). Passive units for pump equipped trucks or Pump Equipped units for fill rates to 300 GPM (1200 LPM)

Cloud Enabled Inventory Systems for Sub-Base Tanks

Our inventory systems are specifically designed to measure and monitor inventory in generator sub-base tanks. Traditional wired systems are convenient for tank farms. New power systems are distributed requiring advanced technology to know when fuel (and DEF) are needed and where within a data center complex. It’s the basis for smart fuel logistics.

R10 Series Products

Rapid Cobotic Refueling Systems

Designed for fast direct unloading of bulk fuel delivery trucks direct to generator tanks. The cobotic refueling system allows an operator to handle larger 2 inch (50) high flow hoses and nozzles to deliver 150 GPM (600 LPM) flows instead of traditional 65 GPM (250 LPM) flows with standard jobber trucks. Run the numbers for disaster planning to prove what it takes to keep the data center running for extended power outages.

Fuel Quality and Polishing Systems

Diesel for generators degrades without continual fuel polishing. Fuel circulation with advanced filtration removes sediment that can increase engine wear, and importantly removes water that can accumulate in tanks and promote bio-growth. Protect the large generator investment and assure its reliable start and run with our onboard fuel polishing systems. Centralized multi-tank Fuel Polishers are available for tank farms and generator tank groups.

A12 Series Products

Top-Off Fueling Systems

Generator testing consumes relatively small volumes of fuel that require small volume top-off to maintain fuel levels for required generator run durations. The top-off systems is an additional feature to a fixed pipe multi-tank fill station. An adjacent fuel bulk tank (see our All-in-One Container Tanks) receives fuel from delivery trucks then pumps small quantities of fuel to each generator tank to top-off volumes to required levels.

R20 Series Products

Mobile Onsite Fuel System Trucks

Onsite Fueling trucks enable generator refueling direct from bulk transport trucks. Bulk transport trucks deliver fuel at lower cost and more reliably in emergencies because high numbers of these vehicles operate every day, compared to more specialized jobber trucks with small on-board pump systems. Fuel System trucks include high speed transfer pumps, onboard generators, filtration, meters, dead man controls. Our specialized bed assemblies are mounted on Class 5 / 6 truck units to avoid CDL operator requirements. On-board hose booms or connections to refueling cobot units assure flexibility for any data center site configuration

03 Fast-Build Power Infrastructure

All-in-one container tank systems for fast deployment and operation ready.

Storage tanks built to ISO container dimensions for speed of fabrication, simple transport, and modular on-site configuration. Double-contained, UL 142 approved with optional UL 2085 fire rating, with integral equipment compartments pre-plumbed and pre-wired for set-in-place performance.

All-in-One Container Tank Systems

Fuel (and DEF, Lube) storage tanks are built to ISO container tank dimensions for speed of fabrication, simplified transport, and modular on- site configurations. Containers are nominal 8 feet (2.44 m) wide x 8.5 feet (2.59 m) high (or 9.5 feet (2.90 m) high cube) and available as 10, 20, 30, or 40 feet (3.03, 6.06, 9.09, 12.19 m) nominal lengths. Double contained tanks are UL 142 approved with optional UL 2085 fire resistance rating. Integral equipment compartments are protected space for transfer pumps, controls, meters, filters, heaters, delivery connections, all pre-plumbed and pre- wired for immediate set-in-place performance.

A11 Series products

Fuel Systems for Generator Run Time Extension

Factory packaged generator sets often have limited fuel tank capacity limiting the design generator run time. The A11 Series provides additional storage volumes up to 15,000 gallons (60 M3). The integral fuel transfer and control system distributes fuel to the generator or group of generators, using remote level sensors and valves for flow control. Flexible pipe systems and control wiring cables can be provided for fast deployment.

A20 Series

Generator Sub-Base Tank Systems

Sub-base tanks are UL 142 or UL 2085 rated tanks that are built to ISO container dimensions footprint, but with limited height of 1-4 feet (300- 1200) to allow a top mounted generator with factory supplied enclosure. The units have integral components for fuel delivery, fuel polishing, and fuel transfer if generator has an onboard tank. Sub-base tanks may be fitted with stainless steel DEF compartments, or Lube + DEF for natural gas engines.

Smart At-Engine Reservoirs for Fuel, DEF, and Auto-Lube

Lube and DEF At-Engine Reservoirs are made to auto-refill from Container Tank Systems. Reservoirs with pumps and control systems can be designed as compact units to fit inside engine / generator enclosures, or they can be provided with independent enclosures to be mounted outside adjacent to the engine / generator enclosures

A15, A30 Products

Combined DEF and Auto-Lube for CHP Natural Gas Engines

CHP operation require systems for handling Lube Oil, Waste Oil, and DEF to allow for long run times of engines. The AIO unit has compartments for the fluids as double walled and insulated units accessible with a removable roof panel. The unit inclused an equipment compartment for transfer pumps, heaters, filters, tank truck connections and controls. The system is pre-wired, pre-plumbed and factory tested for onsite set-in-place simplicity and performance.
