The Earthsafe LM2 Duplex Pump System is engineered to rapidly remove used engine oil and transfer new oil into natural gas engines, diesel generators, turbines, and other critical power equipment. Two pumps are mounted in a lead/lag configuration to provide redundant operation, allowing maintenance to continue even if one pump is out of service. When integrated with Earthsafe Engine Oil Reservoirs and storage tanks, the LM2 significantly reduces maintenance time while improving system reliability.

Remove used oil
Used engine oil is pumped from the engine crankcase or reservoir to a waste oil storage tank using one of two redundant positive displacement pumps.
Transfer fresh oil
Fresh engine oil is transferred from a bulk storage tank or day reservoir directly to the engine through dedicated piping for fast, clean filling.
Monitor system operation
Optional instrumentation and PLC controls monitor pump status, tank levels, alarms, and system performance while providing remote indication through the facility BMS or SCADA system.
Ready for the next service
Once the oil change is complete, the system remains connected and ready for the next scheduled maintenance event, eliminating temporary hoses and portable equipment.
