Three decades of critical fuel systems.
From regional fire-safe fuel systems in 1990 to Tier 4 data centers, OSHPD hospitals, and DEF systems on four continents.
Established as a regional provider of aboveground fire-safe fuel systems. Primary customers are telecommunications facilities upgrading fuel systems in response to new environmental regulations for underground tanks.
First Earthsafe fuel systems for engine testing and development at Cummins in Columbus, IN — the start of becoming the leading US provider of fuel systems for automotive testing and development facilities.
First international experience providing fuel systems for facilities in Mexico for General Motors, including a design-build tank farm and dynamometer fuel system for Ford Engine.
Expanded US experience US nationwide with design-build fuel systems for US government facilities including US Border Patrol, US Army, US Navy, and Veterans Administration Hospitals.
Developed Power Plex Control Systems for mission-critical internet data center fuel systems, and built fast-track data center fuel systems in the 10 largest US metro areas. Also served Korean, Japanese, English, and German firms establishing US testing facilities.
First International–Asia experience providing automotive fuel systems in Korea. Additional Asia experience includes aircraft engine test stand fuel systems in China.
Developed CentraPlex fuel systems for critical technical facilities such as hospitals and banking facilities, and built relationships with the leading design and build teams for technical facilities throughout the US.
Completed largest project to date — the tank farm for the Nissan Assembly Plant in Canton, MS — plus projects for Nissan Engine in TN and Toyota Engine in AL.
Established leadership in fuel systems for biomedical research facilities and hospitals, plus significant aircraft and railroad fueling systems and a first China aircraft engine test facility.
Established leadership in California healthcare, driven by OSHPD earthquake-resistant design standards and new regulations for comprehensive positive monitoring of underground fuel systems.
New products and technical services to meet accelerating US data center construction, plus fuel system commissioning for facility expansions and upgrades.
Introduced products for BACnet, LON, and Metasys N2 compatibility to deliver fully integrated fuel systems with substantial cost savings.
Provided fuel systems for several of the largest US data centers in the Pacific Northwest and Texas, and established a US dealer network for local solutions and support.
Introduced Omniplex Multi-Function Control — a versatile, programmable unit controller for day tank level, duplex pump, filtration polisher, fill station, and tank selection.
Completed large Central Energy Plant systems for major medical centers, with multiple-tank storage, generators, and boilers, and enhanced BMS interface functionality.
Provided fuel systems for projects in Europe, the Middle East, and China, and expanded the international dealer network.
Completed largest data center projects to date in Texas, Virginia, Colorado, and Canada to Tier 4 dual-redundant requirements. Introduced modular fuel systems and urea (DEF) systems for emissions control.
Completed several large Tier 4 data centers for financial institutions on expedited schedules, plus two large OSHPD medical centers in California and continued Middle East and Asia work.
Five massive internet data centers completed in a 6-month expedited period using day tanks, sub-base tanks, and fuel header systems. Launched European assembly operations and completed two large European data centers.
Completed large data centers in Europe and for US Telecoms, plus numerous US expansion projects and continued work in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Completed projects for data centers, hospitals, and critical infrastructure throughout North America, pioneering the concept of "hardening" Telecom, Water, and Wastewater facilities with improved emergency power.
Introduced standard DEF (Urea) products for generator SCRs, expanded in-house stainless and HDPE DEF tank fabrication, launched Auto-Lube systems and critical system enclosures, and established an expanded employee ownership program.
Completed large data center fuel systems in Korea and the Philippines with new Asia production capability, expanded UL 142 fuel tank fabrication and powder coating, and scaled volume production of fill stations, polishers, and DEF & lube tanks for OEMs.
