Compact footprint
An innovative compact design with a minimal footprint delivers 3 to 25 GPM of lube oil to serve power generators in tight CHP spaces.
Choose your flow class
Select a model to see where it fits in the family. Every class shares the same filtration, controls, and enclosure — only the flow rate changes.
The LM1 Simplex Lube Oil Pump is used to Transfer Lube Oil to and from Power Generators. The pump may be located at the lube tank to deliver fresh oil to the engine, or at the engine to remove and transfer waste oil.
The engineering
An innovative compact design with a minimal footprint delivers 3 to 25 GPM of lube oil to serve power generators in tight CHP spaces.
The mechanical design is based on proven Viking PD pumps, complete with strainers, check valves, ball valves, gauges, and relief valves.
The C11 controller provides pump operation and monitoring with HOA switches and an emergency stop, ready for CAT, Cummins, MTU, and Kohler systems.
The unit is mounted on an integral containment basin with leak-detection and flow monitoring, and current sensors for performance feedback.
Model Detail
Built for lube transfer
Located at the lube tank, the LM1 delivers fresh oil to the generator engine on demand.
Located at the engine, the same pump removes and transfers waste oil out for disposal or recycling.
Designed for high-reliability lube transfer in generator power systems at combined heat & power facilities.
Direct integration into CAT, Cummins, MTU, Kohler, and other generator control and monitoring systems.
Equipment & options
Every LM1 ships as a complete simplex pump set — valves, strainer, gauges, containment, and sensors on an integral skid — and adapts to the flow rate, enclosure finish, and generator control system of the site.
