M-Series · Fuel Transfer Pumps

One pump platform.
Simplex to macro-flow.

Earthsafe M-Series pump sets transfer diesel to and from emergency generators — from a single sub-base tank at 3 GPM to a bulk fuel farm at 600 GPM. Simplex or duplex, every set is built on Viking positive-displacement pumps with onboard controls and leak

M1

Low
3–25 GPM (12–100 LPM)

The M1 Simplex Pump Set is used to Transfer Fuel to and from Emergency Power Generators.  The pump may be located at a day tank or sub-base tank to suction fuel from a remote storage tank for local tank refill.  The M1 is also used at sub-base tanks as a return flow pump for overfill protection.

M20

Standard
5–30 GPM (20–120 LPM)

Standard Flow 5-30 GPM (20-120 LPM) The M20 Duplex Pump Set is designed for reliable fuel transfer in emergency power systems at critical facilities. Its innovative compact design has a minimal footprint while delivering 5 to 30 GPM (20 to 120 LPM) of fuel to serve emergency generators and boilers. The units are designed for direct integration into generator.

Motor TEFC, 0.5-1.5 HP (0.33-1.1 KW)

Shared technology

The same engineering in every set.

01

Viking positive-displacement pumps

Proven PD pumps with excellent suction characteristics for reliable priming and steady transfer — the same core across simplex and duplex sets.

02

C11 / C82 onboard controls

Motor starter panel with disconnect, HOA switches, and emergency stop. Duplex sets add lead/lag operation and integrate 1–4 point level sensors for control logic.

03

Sensing & integral containment

Leak and flow sensors, inlet compound and outlet pressure gauges, all mounted on an integral containment basin with leak-detection monitoring.

01

NEMA 4 / IP65 enclosure

Weatherproof powder-coat steel (RAL 7035), stainless steel optional. Open-frame configurations available for indoor mechanical rooms.

How it works

Fuel where the generators need it, on demand.

01

Suction

Positive-displacement pumps draw diesel from a remote or bulk storage tank with strong, reliable suction.

02

Transfer & overfill return

Fuel moves to day tanks and sub-base tanks for local refill; sub-base sets also return flow for overfill protection.

03

Duplex redundancy

Duplex sets run lead/lag under the C82 controller, so transfer continues without interruption if one pump is serviced.

04

Monitor & integrate

Onboard sensors track flow and leaks and feed generator control systems for CAT, Cummins, MTU, Kohler and BMS / SCADA.
