Redundant overfill protection
A 3-point high-level sensor watches 85-90-95% levels. On high level, an actuated ball valve in the fill pipe closes automatically before fuel can overflow.

For Single or Multiple Above Ground Tanks The M400 is the standard for filling above ground fuel tanks outside buildings. The weatherproof enclosure has a brushed stainless steel finish. The fill station is designed for 1-4 fuel tanks. The system accepts hose connections from pump equipped fuel delivery trucks - with connection sizes of 2, 3, or 4 inch. Tank levels - particularly 85-90-95 % high levels are monitored for safe operation with overfill prevention.
For Tanks in Buildings The M4S is the standard for filling fuel tanks or sub-base tanks within buildings. The weatherproof enclosure has a brushed stainless steel finish that looks great on building walls - now and for the long term. The fill station is designed for 1-4 fuel tanks and can be adapted for multi-tenant use. The system accepts hose connections from pump equipped fuel delivery trucks. Tanks levels - particularly 85-90-95 % high levels are monitored for safe operation with overfill prevention.
For Tanks in Buildings or Rooftops The M4P has an onboard pump for filling fuel tanks or sub-base tanks within buildings - at upper levels or rooftops. The weatherproof enclosure has a brushed stainless steel finish that looks great on building walls - now and for the long term. Tanks levels - particulary 85-90-95 % high levels are monitored for safe operation with overfill prevention.
For Single or Multiple Above ground Tanks The M410 is the standard for filling above ground fuel tanks outside buildings, where a high flow (100 or 300 GPM) pump is required. The weatherproof enclosure has a brushed stainless steel finish. The fill station is designed for 1-8 fuel tanks. The system accepts hose connections from pump equipped fuel delivery trucks - with connection sizes of 2, 3, or 4 inch. Tank levels - particularly 85-90-95 % high levels are monitored for safe operation with overfill prevention.
For Data Center Sub-Base Tank Refill / Top-off The MX400 is the standard for filling above ground fuel tanks in tank farms, where a high flow (100, 300, or 600 GPM) pump is required. The system has a walk-in enclosure that allows for installation of filtration and other equipment in a controlled environment. The fill station is designed for 1-30 fuel tanks Tank levels - particularly 85-90-95 % high levels are monitored for safe operation with overfill prevention.
Shared technology
A 3-point high-level sensor watches 85-90-95% levels. On high level, an actuated ball valve in the fill pipe closes automatically before fuel can overflow.
A 3-gallon spill containment with optional hand pump captures drips at the connection. Hose adapter, cap, ball valve, and check valve make a clean tight-fill link to the delivery truck.
Weatherproof brushed stainless steel that looks right on a building wall for the long term. Wall-mount or optional 24 in floor stand, with an optional lockable handle.
C1 or C8 controllers give visual and audible alarms, with an optional analog level transmitter and display. Optional multi-tank selection directs the fill to the right tank.
Model comparison
All models filter water + particulate to 1 micron · ISO 18/16/13 · NEMA 4 (IP65) · C81 controller, BACnet / Modbus
How it works
The delivery truck hose couples to a tight-fill hose adapter with ball valve and check valve; a 3-gallon basin contains any spill at the connection.
Fuel flows in — from the truck pump on passive stations, or an onboard pump on M4P, M410, and MX400 — while the 3-point sensor tracks tank level.
At the 85-90-95% high levels the C-Series controller raises visual and audible alarms and the actuated ball valve closes the fill pipe automatically.
Optional multi-tank selection directs the fill to any of 1–30 tanks from a single truck delivery point — the basis for data-center sub-base refill and top-off.
Equipment & options
Every M4-Series station ships with a complete valve, sensor, and overfill package in a brushed stainless enclosure, and adapts to wall-mount, floor-stand, or walk-in installs from 1 to 30 tanks.
