M3 Series · Fuel Filter Polishers

One platform.
Four flow classes .

The Earthsafe M3 Series scales a single proven polishing platform from a generator sub-base tank to a bulk fuel farm — removing water and particulate to 1 micron and holding diesel at ISO 18/16/13 across the entire range.

M3

3–15 GPM (12–60 LPM)

The M3 Fuel Filter Polisher is a compact system designed for use with single generator sub-base tanks. The design allows for installation in a minimum footprint within the generator enclosure. The M3 has all of the performance of larger filter polishers with water and particulate removal up to 1 micron. Maintains fuel to ISO 18/16/13 quality standard.

Motor TEFC, 0.5 to 1.0 HP (0.33 - 0.75 KW)
Power 120-230 VAC, 1 Phase, 50-60 HZ

M30

5–30 GPM (20–120 LPM)

The M30 Fuel Filter Polisher is designed for 1-4 fuel storage tanks. The higher flow rate allows for polishing up to 40,000 gallons per day in a single or multiple storage tanks. The C81 Controller has input-output capability for actuated control valves to allow for fuel flow from multiple tanks. The system removes water and particulate to 1 micron level to maintain the ISO 18/16/13 quality standard..

Motor TEFC, 0.5 to 1.5 HP (0.33 - 1.1 KW)

M300

25–150 GPM (100–600 LPM)

The M300 Fuel Filter Polisher is designed for single or multiple 30,000 to 50,000 gallon tanks, above ground or underground at Data Centers and Hospitals. The C81 Controller has input-output capability for actuated control valves to allow for fuel flow from multiple tanks. The system removes water and particulate to 1 micron level to maintain the ISO 18/16/13 quality standard.

MX300

30–120 GPM (120–500 LPM)

The MX300 Fuel Filter Polisher is designed for small tank farms at large data centers or hospitals, where a walk-in enclosure system is preferred. The climate controlled enclosure allows for the mounting and protection of other fuel related monitor and control panels.

Shared technology

The same engineering in every class.

01

Coalescing filtration to 1 micron

Positive-displacement pumps push fuel through a multi-phase particulate and water-coalescing filter, cleaning to ISO 18/16/13 or better.

02

C81 controller, BMS & SCADA

Schedule filtration cycles to the facility's needs. Integrates with building systems over BACnet or Modbus, with I/O for actuated multi-tank valves.

03

Integrated sensing

Filter differential pressure, filter-water, pump-flow, and leak-detection sensors are wired to the controller out of the box.

01

NEMA 4 / IP65 enclosure

Weatherproof powder-coat steel (RAL 7035), with stainless steel optional, for indoor enclosures or outdoor tank-side installs.

How it works

A closed loop that never stops conditioning fuel.

01

Intake

Fuel is drawn continuously from the storage tank, low and slow, to capture settled water and sediment.

02

Filtration & separation

Multi-phase coalescing and particulate stages strip free water and contaminants to ISO 18/16/13.

03

Monitoring

Onboard sensors track flow, filter DP, water, and leaks, logging each cycle to the C81 controller.

04

Return to tank

Conditioned fuel returns to the tank, keeping the entire volume generator-ready around the clock.
