Fill and remove
One station fills fresh lube oil tanks and removes waste oil for CHP generator applications, through a single 2″ connection.

The standard for filling lube oil tanks or removing waste oil for CHP applications, using the delivery truck's own pump. The architectural brushed-stainless enclosure mounts on or into a building wall, monitors 85-90-95% high levels with overfill prevention, and serves one to four lube and waste tanks.
The same architectural fill station with an onboard positive-displacement pump that transfers lube oil to tanks or removes waste oil from them at 25 GPM. It runs on a 1–5 HP TEFC motor, serves one to four tanks, and keeps the identical 85-90-95% overfill protection and C1 controls as the LM4.
Shared technology
One station fills fresh lube oil tanks and removes waste oil for CHP generator applications, through a single 2″ connection.
A weatherproof NEMA 4 (IP 65) brushed-stainless enclosure that looks great mounted on building walls — now and for the long term.
3-point 85-90-95% high-level sensing with an actuated ball valve that automatically closes the fill pipe on high level.
Designed for one to four lube and waste tanks, adaptable to multi-tenant use, accepting hose connections from delivery trucks.
Model comparison
Both models: lube + waste oil for CHP generators · 2″ connection · 120–230 VAC 1Ø · brushed-stainless NEMA 4 (IP 65) · 3-point 85-90-95% overfill protection · C1 controller with visual & audible alarms
Built for lube + waste oil
The station accepts hose connections from pump-equipped lube and waste oil delivery trucks at a 2″ connection.
Fresh oil is routed to one of up to four lube tanks with 85-90-95% high-level monitoring and overfill prevention.
The same station draws waste oil out of tanks for disposal or recycling through the delivery truck.
The LM4P adds an onboard 25 GPM positive-displacement pump; the LM4 relies on the delivery truck's pump.
Equipment & options
Both LM4 stations ship with a complete hose-adapter, valve, containment, and sensing package for lube and waste oil, and adapt to the tank count, pumping method, and multi-tenant requirements of the site.
