| Earthsafe provided dual 10,000 gallon storage tanks in the building with a remote fill station at street level designed for safe filing of the tanks. Dual pump systems transfer fuel from the tanks to serve (2) generator day tanks. The Earthsafe Quadplex control system provides integration of the system components, including safely switching FOS and FOR piping at the dual storage tanks. |

Nissan constructed a new vehicle emissions lab as an addition to its existing US R&D facility. The fuel requirements for the lab included six different types of fuels to be stored and dispensed. The Indolene and Cold CO fuels were required to be conditioned by to meet EPA testing criteria.
Earthsafe developed a variety of value engineering configurations to reduce the cost of the system realizing over $ 200,000 in savings for the facility owner. The fuel conditioning system included an integral heater and chiller to meet specification requirements. The flow-through conditioner design eliminated the need for fuel storage tanks inside the building.

| Tickford is a British firm specializing in automotive testing and development. A new US testing facility was required to be built on an expedited schedule. Earthsafe designed and built a triple fuel storage and delivery system to feed fuels to eight test cells. A temporary dewatering system was installed at the site to allow installation of the underground fuel tank in the sandy soil with a high water table. A PLC control system was used to allow monitoring and operation of the fuel system from the test cell area. A touch screen computer with graphical operator interface was used to provide system operating status. |
