Negatives
- Higher requirements for periodic testing for regulatory compliance.
- Perception of greater environmental risk based on past experience.
- Requirement for environmental liability insurance to meet regulations.
- Higher cost of installation – usually.
- Difficulty to expand, modify, relocate, or remove.
- Requires specially licensed installation contractors.
